NO on L: The campaign against Pacifica’s Measure L

Measure L, which was on the November, 2006 ballot in Pacifica, would have authorizes a permanent zoning change for 355 houses in the Quarry, threatening environmentally-sensitive habitat and creating a commute-hour traffic nightmare for Pacifica and the Coastside.

On November 7, 2006, Measure L was defeated 7,689 (51.7%) to 7,180 (48.3%). Thanks to all the volunteers who worked so hard on the campaign, and to our many contributors. Your support really made the difference!
