NO on L: The campaign against Pacifica’s Measure L

I have a suggestion to all of my fellow citizens of Pacifica; you should watch a documentary called "The Corporation" by Jennifer Abbott & Mark Achbars.

It will enlighten you about what most corporations are really about. It can also shed some light on the planning of what should be done in the Quarry.

Mr. Don Peebles Corporation cannot put anything he wants in the quarry. If this is the case then any of us citizens could put anything we want on our property as well. Any building or development (especially on such habitat sensitive property as the quarry) has to meet a certain criteria and be approved by many city, county and state regulatory agencies.

Fellow citizens you need to see this movie documentary to get a clue of what and who you could possibly be allowing to be involved in the planning of the future of our city of Pacifica and her development.

You can order this film on the internet or perhaps some of our local video/DVD stores could get it for you. Sometimes it is replayed on the Sundance channel, which you can order through your local television provider.

We live in a new world and we must learn how it works or we run a very serious problem of being manipulated by those that know and could lead us down a very dangerous path and that is just plain stupid.
