On Monday night, July 24th, Pacifica Councilmember Cal Hinton said:

"There is no project here. There is nothing to evaluate for a report"

Hinton's got it right: there is no project. There is no plan. There is not even a map. There is only a ballot measure to give an out-of-town developer a blank check to build up to 355 houses in the Quarry, and bring commute traffic on Highway 1 to its knees every morning and evening.
