NO on L: The campaign against Pacifica’s Measure L

 This is from the 2002 Trammel Crow EIR, an estimate based on 315 houses and condos in the Quarry. The Peebles ballot measure is for 355 houses.

The box above contains the existing measured levels of service measured by traffic engineers in 1986.

The definitions above indicate the level of service (LOS) at the intersections studied by the engineers surveying various traffic/circulatiion scenarios during given time frames and contexts.
